Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data, and the rights you have. Last updated 31 August 2026.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Next Tech Corporation (“NXT”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit nextecorp.com or get in touch with us. Next Tech Corporation is registered in Egypt and serves customers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, so we handle your data in line with both Egyptian data protection law (Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), together with any other regulation that applies to you.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you join our early access list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to share it, a short note about your business.
  • Information collected automatically. As with most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure. Any analytics we use are configured to be aggregated and privacy-friendly, and do not identify you personally.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

  • contact you about early access and provide information about our products and services;
  • operate, maintain, and improve the website;
  • keep the site and our systems secure; and
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you join the early access list), our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, and where necessary to comply with the law. These bases are recognised by both Egyptian data protection law and the Saudi PDPL.

Sharing your data

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (for example, our hosting provider) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers & data residency

Early access signups are held on our own infrastructure. Where a service provider processes data outside your country, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard, as both Egyptian data protection law and the Saudi PDPL require for cross border transfers. For our own products, in-Kingdom data residency is available where required.

Retention

We keep early access data only as long as needed for that purpose and for our legitimate business records, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to recognized industry standards.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at info@nextecorp.com.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not store information on your device beyond what the browser needs to display the site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the most recent version.
